Yesterday, I was with one of my students. We were prepared to start our class and I noticed her dull expression.
"What's wrong? I asked
"Nothing, I'm fine." She replied.
Due to the close relationship, I share with my students, I was able to get her to speak out about what's troubling her. It later turned out to be a result of a relationship brouhaha she had with her so-called Boyfriend, sigh.

After so much discussion and assurance plus serious conversation, I was able to get her back on track and the class, even though didn't hold turned out to be a beautiful moment.
Here are the key takeaways I'd love to share with some of you who might be in her shoes.
Stay away from relationships if you want to still maintain your virginity and sexual purity. I am not saying you are going to automatically lose your morals but at this stage, relationship is not for you. keep off. They are many things that should excite you and not a relationship. Learning new things, reading, meeting new people and volunteering can be beautiful things to do. Don't allow your peer pressure to get the best of you.
Focus on your education, focus on becoming a virtuous woman, read books, and learn from people who are doing well. Build beautiful rapport with others. Use social media wisely if you must. learn a good skill, read books on relationships. Your life shouldn't revolve around relationships. It kills your dream. it drains you emotionally and psychologically. It wastes your time.
80% of those guys just want to pipe and swipe, touch and go, eat and dump. You'll become single mothers or if you're fortunate enough, you lose your virginity to a rascal who will not marry you. Sex is not and has never been love. The more you open your leg as a woman the less valuable you become.
Say no to stupid parties, association or unfortunate friends who wants to introduce you to male friends. You will also be used and dumped for bad. Sexual implications are highly disadvantageous mostly to women. Close your legs, you are the gatekeeper to sex. Zip Up! No boy should deceive you for nothing. Don't follow materialism, you must not use the latest phone or wear the latest beautiful clothes to feel among. They are no point in belonging to something that's allowing you to live promiscuousness
Remember, what you do today, will affect tomorrow. Living promiscuously doesn't justify your self-worth.
