So, chop better and satisfying food. Show your body and yourself say you dey care for dem. Chop food wey you like and wey go give you energy.
Surround Yourself with Positive Vibes
The way wey things dey around us fit affect our mood. If negative things and people dey around you, you fit begin feel negative too.
To put yourself first, e fit mean say you go cut off people wey dey bad for you — e include if wetin dem dey do or wetin dem dey talk dey make you uncomfortable. When you dey interact with your friends or people for general, you suppose feel good.
