Regarding scheduling with purpose, you’re absolutely right, most people tend to get caught up in the endless cycle of urgent tasks, losing sight of what truly matters. It’s only when they stumble upon reminders like this that they pause and reflect.

One strategy I’ve found incredibly helpful is habit stacking. It’s a simple yet powerful way to build meaningful habits by tying them to activities we already do daily.

For example, if someone wants to develop a reading habit, they can decide to read a few pages after their Subhi or right after their last meal of the day. By attaching the new habit to an existing routine, it becomes easier to remember and integrate into their life without feeling overwhelming..
